    Glomerular endothelial damage: a new role of the lipids in Alport syndrome

    Description: This study aims to examine the role of lipids in glomerular endothelial cell dysfunction and contribution to the initiation and progression of glomerular failure in Alport syndrome. Additionally, it explores the potential of extracellular vesicles derived from amniotic fluid stem cells to rebalance lipid levels, with the ultimate goal of restoring proper function to the glomerular filtration barrier.
