    Dr. Chantal Sheridan is a clinical psychologist by training and the Director of Learner Wellbeing at the Keck School of Medicine. She has dedicated her life's work to advocating for organizational, systemic, and policy changes that will make medical schools more sane and humane places to work and learn. As a recovering perfectionist herself, Dr. Sheridan is passionate about helping intelligent, high-achieving young people in various arenas of healthcare discover the benefits of radical self-care in their lives.
