Dr. Caitlin McAuley is Board Certified in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Family Medicine at Keck School of Medicine. She graduated from Touro University of California College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. She then worked as a Research Assistant at UC San Diego in the HIV NeuroAIDS Research Program to gain additional research experience prior to returning to clinical training. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Chino Valley Medical Center in 2017. She joined Keck School of Medicine in 2019 and serves as clinical faculty and a preceptor for the Family Medicine Clerkship. Dr. McAuley has a broad range of interests in Family Medicine including Long COVID (Post Acute Sequelae of COVID-19), Mental Health, Sleep, PrEP, and Gender Affirming care.
Dr. McAuley is the lead physician at the Keck COVID Recovery Clinic, established in December 2020. The clinic focuses on symptom management and functional improvement for those experiencing Long COVID.
