      Dr. Phongsamran is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Southern California. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2001. Dr. Phongsamran has since completed a 1-year General Pharmacy Practice residency at the USC School of Pharmacy. She currently provides clinical services to the patients and medical staff on the cardiothoracic ICU and medicine wards at the USC University Hospital. Dr. Phongsamran will be directly precepting acute care medicine clerkship students and residents, as well as providing didactic lectures at the school of pharmacy while continuing to be involved with clinical patient-oriented research.
