    Dr. Pamela Love Manning is a certified professional coach, inspirational speaker, author, and founder of the Finishers Network, an organization dedicated to "helping people finish what they start". She is also one of the leading experts on the Science of Finishing. Pamela is a member of the International Women's Leadership Association, CEO Space International, the Board of Directors for the University System of Maryland's Development Foundation, and is the former chair of Coppin State University's Development Foundation Board.

    Pamela has been an Associate Professor and adjunct faculty at several universities in Maryland and has conducted program evaluations and training for a variety of organizations. She is the author of 3 books and co-author of a 4th book. Her second book titled "I Want My Vagina Back" has been used by a number of universities and many individuals and organizations as a tool for values-based decision making.

    Pamela holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coppin State University, where she was a Ronald E. McNair Scholar. She has a Master's of Social Work and doctoral degree from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. Her dissertation focused on transfer of training, the extent to which child welfare workers utilized what they learned during training when they returned to the workplace.
