Norma Adriana Monroy is a fluent Spanish speaker and physician assistant (PA) skilled in family medicine. A native of Los Angeles, Adriana attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in history and then later obtained her Master of Physician Assistant degree at Samuel Merritt University near San Francisco.
Now serving the same community she grew up in, Adriana enthusiastically devotes her wealth of knowledge to her current role. Serving as an advocate for the promotion of healthy practices, she provides compassionate, patient-centered care, through attentive listening, cultural competency, and years of training focused on adolescents and adults. Encouraging both evidence-based medicine and holistic treatments in her practice, she holds a special interest in integrative medicine and women’s health. Whether managing chronic medical conditions or equipping patients and students with vital educational tools, it is her mission to empower others, getting those in need on a path to live happy, healthy lives.
Outside of this mission, Adriana is an avid soccer player, who enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her loved ones.
