    Dr. Cui is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiation Oncology-Medical Physics at USC Norris Cancer Hospital and USC + Los Angeles County Medical Center. She joined USC in July of 2014.

    Dr. Cui graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Applied Mathematics. She received her doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Engineering and Applied Science, and conducted post-doctoral research in Medical Physics at Washington University in St. Louis followed by a two-year residency in Medical Physics at UC Davis.

    She was on the faculty at UC Davis during 2010-2014 specializing in medical linear accelerator commissioning, radiation beam modeling, and image-guided radiation therapy. She has presented and published multiple studies investigating computational fluid dynamics, radiation beam modeling, IGRT, and is a reviewer for multiple peer reviewed scientific journals.
