Overview
Dr. Marks strives to understand the patient’s perspective, as she believes getting to know each patient is an important part of providing the best care possible. She focuses on being extremely thorough in her evaluations, communicating effectively and educating patients about their health status.
Dr. Marks joins Keck Medicine of USC following many years at the University of Virginia, where she treated patients in private practice. At UVA, she helped transform the medical school curriculum while co-directing a course focused on doctor-patient communication and physical examination skills.
