      Dr. Floreth is a national expert in the fields of COPD, interstitial lung disease and cystic fibrosis, having worked in one of the busiest advanced lung disease centers in the country. He can provide consultation for general pulmonary or complex pulmonary cases. He also worked in one of the busiest transplant centers in the country and has a special interest in the post-transplant patient.

      Dr. Floreth earned his medical degree from Duke University. He then went on to complete two fellowships, the first in Pulmonary and Critical Care, followed by a research fellowship in Lung Transplant Research. Dr. Floreth is currently a member of The International Society for Heart & Lung Transplantation, and American Thoracic Society.
